A legal awareness camp was organized at 2 No. Aaipowali, Chirang (BTAD), Assam on 6th and 7th of March, 2017 by P R I Y O B O N D H U. The program was attended by 258 persons.
The objective of the program is to aware several laws which have been enacted for the welfare protection and security of the citizens such as-
a. Legal provisions of self guarding the rights of women i. Health rights ii. Child Marriage prohibition iii. Domestic violence
b. Legal provisions of i. Constitutional rights ii. Labour laws iii. Consumer rights iv. Property laws  v. Forest law  vi. ST status
vi. Right to information

Awareness Program on Disaster Diminution at 2 No. Aaipowali, Chirang (BTAD), Assam on 8th and 9th, March, 2017-
A Disaster Diminution Awareness Camp was organized at 2 No. Aaipowali, Chirang (BTAD), Assam on 8th and 9th of March, 2017 by P R I Y O B O N D H U. The program was attended by 348 persons.
Our prime objective is to aware and train the rural community to deal with natural as well as manmade disasters minimizing and prevent loss of life, livelihood, property etc.
S A L I E N T   F E A T U R E S-
1. Understanding vulnerability mapping, risk assessment and analysis, hazard zoning, resource inventory, response structure etc.
2. Pre planning response actions.
3. Developing codes and standards operating procedures for various departments and relief agencies involved.
4. Inventory of existing facilities and resources
5. Mechanism for effective management of resources
6. Coordinating with the state response machinery for appropriate support
7. Testing the plan including mock drills
8. Defining levels of acceptable risk
9. Monitoring and evaluation of actions taken during relief and rehabilitation
