August 25, 2017- In the third phase of flood relief efforts in the Chirang district of Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), Priyobondhu extended aid to four villages, reaching a total of 761 families across two blocks. The relief provided critical assistance in the aftermath of devastating floods, ensuring that vulnerable families received essential supplies for survival.

Beneficiaries-

1. Sidli Block-Thaisoguri 379 families, Laukriguri 269 families

2. Borbori TD Block- Dawabil 104 families, Kungkrajhora 5 families

Relief Materials Provided-

General Kit- Rice, Pulses, Sugar, Salt, Jaggery, Biscuit, Water Bottles, Flattened Rice, Puffed Rice, Bleaching Powder, Mosquito Coils, Candles, Matchboxes, Soaps, Phenol, Clothes, and Undergarments for Women and Girls.

Pregnant Women and Child Kit- Rice, Pulses, Soyabean, Milk, Water Bottles, Biscuits, Sabu, Flattened Rice, Puffed Rice, Soap, Sanitary Napkins, Undergarments, Johnson's Kit, New Baby Clothes, and Baby Napkins.

Through this initiative, Priyobondhu continues to support flood-affected communities, providing essential relief and demonstrating compassion for those in need.
