On October 30, 2017, Priyobondhu extended its support to a homeless woman and her two children, one of whom was an infant suffering from a high fever. The family had been abandoned by the woman's husband and was estranged from her family, leaving them to survive on the streets. Upon learning of their dire situation, Priyobondhu acted quickly, rescuing them from the harsh conditions. The infant, in critical health due to the fever, was immediately rushed to Gauhati Medical College for urgent medical care. Priyobondhu continues to stand by those in need, ensuring their safety, health, and well-being in times of crisis.
