Flood Relief Drive- Kaziranga, Assam
On August 9, 2020, Priyobondhu undertook a large scale flood relief operation, reaching out to nearly 600 affected families in Difloo, Gukhanibari, and surrounding villages of Kaziranga, Assam, regions severely impacted by the monsoon deluge.
The relief efforts were made possible through the generous support of Assam Association Bangalore (AAB). We are deeply grateful for the unwavering contributions of Rajdeep Kar, Pallavi Dutta and her friends, and above all, to the ever-committed leaders and officials, Shri Alakananda Kakati, Shri Manoj Gogoi, and Shri Vivek Shyam (ADC and SDO of Bokakhat)- whose coordination ensured smooth execution of this urgent initiative.
A special salute to our relentless team of volunteers, whose tireless spirit and compassion helped bring critical relief like groceries, essentials, and hope to families in distress.
In moments of crisis, solidarity lights the way forward.
