On June 9, 2018, Priyobondhu conducted an awareness program on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) at Kailashpur L.P. School, located at Narakasur Pahar, Kahilipara, Guwahati, Assam. The program aimed to educate adolescent girls and women on safe menstrual practices, personal hygiene, and reproductive health.

The session focused on breaking myths, promoting hygienic habits, and encouraging open discussions around menstrual health. To support the awareness initiative with practical assistance, sanitary pads and essential toiletries were distributed to the participating adolescent girls and women.

The program contributed to improving awareness, dignity, and access to basic menstrual hygiene resources, reinforcing Priyobondhu’s commitment to women’s health, education, and empowerment.
