On September 20, 2018, Priyobondhu organized a seminar titled “Menstruation Management and Understanding Contemporary Contexts” at Kahilipara Primary Health Centre (PHC), Guwahati. The primary objective of the seminar was to gain insight into the ground-level implementation and real-time challenges of the Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Scheme.

The session provided a platform for healthcare professionals and frontline workers to discuss existing practices, identify gaps, and share experiences related to menstrual health awareness and service delivery. The discussions contributed to a better understanding of contemporary issues surrounding menstrual hygiene management within the public health system.

The seminar reinforced the importance of coordinated efforts among healthcare stakeholders to strengthen menstrual health initiatives and improve outreach and effectiveness of the MHM Scheme.
