As part of our continued crisis response, today we extended support to 70 families of traditional "Band Party" musicians at Kurubaha Pathar, Bajali. These families, whose livelihoods have been severely impacted by the prolonged pandemic lockdown, are currently grappling with acute food insecurity.
In an effort to alleviate their hardship, we distributed dry ration kits along with essential daily necessities to help them sustain through these challenging times. These artists, once the heartbeat of celebrations and cultural gatherings, now face silence not just in their music but also in their homes.
We remain committed to reaching out to every forgotten voice in need.
